The seasonally adjusted Consumer Price Index for the month of June decreased by 0.1 percent from May. The non-seasonally adjusted inflation rate for the month of June also decreased by 0.1 percent from May. For the last 12 months, the rate of increase was 1.1 percent. The “Core Inflation” rate, which strips out food and energy, increased by 0.2 percent for the month of June.
