The seasonally adjusted Consumer Price Index for the month of March increased by 0.1 percent from February. The non-seasonally adjusted inflation rate for the month of March increased by 0.4 percent from February. For the last 12 months, the rate of increase was 2.3%. The “Core Inflation” rate, which strips out food and energy, was unchanged for the month of March.
